Club Training
Club Training
We Value Safe, Enjoyable And Responsible 4WD Activities
It is simply not fun to wreck our daily drive or the bush.
Enhanced skillsets also have fringe benefits including reduced insurance premiums (depending on insurer).
We share a significant amount of knowledge and experience that underpins all our activities and permeates through all vehicle occupants (EG: Learner Drivers) who attend and aim to minimise the “4 O’clock Track” experience. You are welcome. Come and play with us.
Four Wheel Drive Training
In line with skill enhancement there are 4 fundamental questions at the heart of everything we do:
- Am I capable?
- Is my vehicle capable?
- Do I have to go this way?
- If I get in, can I get out?
Certified Training
We offer discounted certified training in:
- Drive/Recover 4WD (Proficiency – minimum basic 4WD training required by all club members)
- Advanced 4WD
- Advanced Recovery (includes winching, multi-line pulls, difficult recovery techniques)
- Tow vehicle on road/off road (handy for those with camper trailers/caravans)
Other Training Activities
We can arrange other training/activities on an “as required” basis internally or externally through our training partners on request including:
- First AidFirst Aid
- “Come and Play” days with our trainers for “hands-on” practical enhancement of skills learnt on courses
- We have access to discounted equipment purchasing for club members wishing to enhance their vehicle capability/comfort resulting in significant savings.
